How does the car park work?

Every apartment gets access to use the car park and the right to park one car (3 bedroom apartments can park two).

Right now, car parking is unallocated as not all residents have cars.  If this changes, everyone will be allocated a numbered space but for now, parking is first come first served.

The gates to the car parks are opened by dialling a phone number.  There is no charge for this call, it simply checks that you are authorised to access the car park and opens the gate.   It is very important to wait for the gate to full open before you drive through it (it only takes a few seconds) this is to stop the gate for getting damaged by suddenly stopping when it detects an object.  Wait for the green light!
