Lease Assignments

We're happy to say that you can now request the assignment of your lease by logging in at vestaliving.ie (and soon via the app).

Please be aware, if you do wish to assign you lease, the assignment will be accepted so long as the person you are assigning to meets the same criteria you did (income, references etc).  The person you are assigning to must go through our standard application process and only after this can the assignment proceed.
