We do things a little different, allowing residents to move in to an apartment without having actually viewed it.  We know this can be a bit daunting, what if everything isn't like we said it is? 

To make sure you feel at ease, we have a simple guarantee.  If you move in without viewing, and you don't like the apartment, or you've changed your mind, or actually, for any reason at all you just don't want to live there, no problem.

Tell us within 7 days of picking up your keys that you wish to move out and we will break your lease without any penalty.

The rules:

• Tell us within 7 days that you wish to move out
• Move out within 30 days of picking up your keys
• Pay the rent due from the date you collected the key to the date you moved out
• Hand the apartment back in the same condition it was handed over

That's it! If you keep to those rules, we'll break your lease at no cost, you'll get your full deposit back.
