Building Guide

Two Three North is split into 4 separate blocks – Block A, B, C & D. These buildings are shown on the map below:

Your apartment reference number is made up of a Block Letter and your actual apartment number. The first digit of your apartment number references the floor which your apartment is located, just like a hotel. Please note that Floor 1 is the ground level. Block B is where the management reception is located and where the Community facilities and amenities are all situated. These amenities include:

- Co-working space

- Meeting room

- Lounge

- Community Kitchen

- Cinema

- Gym

- Yoga Studio

- Spin Studio

- Changing Rooms

The facilities are for the use of Residents only, members of the public are not permitted to access these facilities. Residents may bring along a guest but must accompany them at all times when they are in the facilities.

Use of the facilities is at Resident’s own risk and no liability shall be accepted for any injury caused to any party who attends the facilities. If you are unsure on how to operate any equipment in the facilities, please speak to a community manager prior to doing so to ensure your safety and the safety of your fellow residents.

Please note that entry and exit to the Community facilities is logged by the security system and these areas are covered by CCTV – this is to ensure the safety and security of Vesta Residents and our team members.
