Window Damage

Its important, especially during the winter months, to be careful with open windows when there is bad weather and/or high winds.  Windows can be caught by the wind and the mechanism can be damaged or broken.  In this case, the cost to repair the damage may be the tenant's responsibility.  To avoid unnecessary charges, ensure windows are kept closed during periods of high winds or storm conditions.

If a window or door is damaged, please contact us immediately via the support channels to ensure it can be fixed.  Open or broken windows and doors are a security risk so if there is an issue please notify us right away.
