In Ireland, winter is unfortunately always around the corner.
Remember to be careful outside your home, on balconies, in the car park and on foothpaths as low temperatures can create slippery surfaces without any visible ice.
High winds are more common in winter, so open windows and doors can be at risk of failure if they are not monitored.
If your home is going to be unoccupied, It is important to never switch off any of the heating or air handling systems in your apartment. These systems are operated automatically to ensure the internal temperature and air quality is maintained, turning them off will not save energy and can cause irreversible damage to both the systems and the apartments generally.
If you are having any trouble with your heating system or hot water please contact us immediately so we can arrange a maintenance call.
