Help! There's a leak!

We have tested each apartment extensively prior to handing them over, but leaks can still occur.  If there is a major leak anywhere inside your apartment, the most important to do first is to turn off the water.  You can do this by going to the plant room (where the cylinder is located) and turning the levers titled Mains Water 90 degrees to the off position.

Once you have done this, if the leak is persisting, please turn off the other remaining levers titled Cold Water and Hot Water.  Once you have done this, please immediately refer to the list of phone numbers in your handbook and contact us without delay.

Please note, the pipe layout in individual apartments may look a little different, but all will have a valve for the water.  If there is a major leak, turn off the valves in the plant room, this will likely help.  

Remember: If there is a leak, you must notify us as soon as possible to prevent water damage to your home and that of your neighbour.  Email us, WhatsApp or use the chat function in the app and call the emergency number.
